Pricing and Payments

Payments are processed according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of the build process.
Delivery and Acceptance
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to production, supply chain, or external factors.
Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting and accepting the vessel. Any concerns must be raised within a reasonable timeframe.
Use of the Boat
The owner is responsible for operating the boat safely, in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Red Dot Yachts is not responsible for misuse, improper maintenance, or operation outside intended conditions.
Warranty and Maintenance
Warranty terms are defined in a separate agreement provided at purchase.
